BNB - Banh Mi And Beer in Munich

Incredibly disappointed. The food was really so bad that you couldn't even eat it. Money spent for free

Unfortunately we have been very disappointed. My girlfriend's food was inedible. My banh mi sandwich was unfortunately cold and unfortunately the taste was also not convincing. Addendum: Your arrogant answers make you even more unsympathetic. If it doesn't taste good, then it just doesn't taste good. It is what it is;)

best Banh Mi I have had outside of Ha Noi, I can wholeheartedly recommend!

Delicious Bhan Mi! Chicken curry is also very fine. Nice little shop. Very small menu but everything tastes very good.

If 2020 were a summer roll then it would be this summer roll (s) that I just bought from bnb for 5.50 €. A big handful of iceberg lettuce, 3 prawns and ... nothing ... just nothing. No cucumber, no chillis, no carrots, nada niente. Update: there are not even 3 prawns, but 3 half prawns ? Edit in fairness: there were 2 sad summer roles and they were 20 cents cheaper.

Had been meaning to give this place a try long before lockdown but it was hard to get in with it being so small. Started using them as a takeaway a few months ago and can't get enough. Limited menu, but have loved everything I have tried. The red curry is amazing and the portions are huge. Schwanthalerhöhe is not short of good restaurants, and you might walk by this one without a second look, but it is worth trying, and few can match it for value.

Small but very, very fine. Opened baguettes are a dream, curries are also very tasty.

Food was very good, large cocktail menu.

Service was en Pointe, so quick and kind! Above average food for Munich. The Hot Fig cocktail was delicious to sip slowly, as well as the Kellerbier served in freezing cold mugs.

I ordered from bnb a few weeks ago, but unfortunately I didn't like the food at all. The dish I ordered wasn't as expected and just too expensive for the price. Since it was inedible for me, I disposed of it and then found an alternative restaurant. It's a shame that I had to experience this. EDIT / response to the operator's reaction: Then the "out of the can" probably went under when Lieferando announced that it tasted like goulash. Because that was the more important part. :) Still +1 star, because you respond to reviews personally. I really appreciate that, thank you.

Very tasty bánh mì with a cold Franziskaner keller beer combination along with other Vietnamese dishes and interesting cocktails. Cozy atmosphere and very kind and friendly service.

Very good kitchen.

My companion and I didn't like it at all. After two bites, I stopped eating the BM beef because it tasted too artificial and of poor quality. Baked baguette rolls with frozen meat and ready-made sauce are inedible for me.

Less suitable for people with allergies or intolerance, as the cook refuses to leave out ingredients because it doesn't taste good. Update: I asked to simply leave out the sauce on one dish, so definitely nothing impossible. Otherwise okay, but not outstanding.

What a hidden gem in Schwanthalerhöhe. The menu is simple and to the point , you won't go wrong with anything. The Keller beer is not to be missed

Bánh mì tastes great! For the summer rolls, however, I would have liked to have other vegetables such as carrots or bean sprouts and other herbs such as mint, Thai basil, perilla, etc. in the filling.

Super store. Best Bánh mì in Munich. There is also a small selection of whiskey ??✌️

Good cocktails and delicious food but again the service was just underground. 20 minutes for 4 cocktails and a water with few guests is just too long.

Very nice casual place to have a nice cold beer and a Bahn mi chicken baguette. Sommer rolls are also very nice.

Great Vietnamese coffee

Very good sympathetic service, a class flair - thanks to the stylish decor. Soup was a bit bland but adequate with Asian herbs. Gotta try the Banh Mi next time.

Very cosy & beautiful place, easy to miss, the outside appearance does not quite fit the indoor warmth of the atmosphere of the place. Staff, food and drinks were great. A little hidden pearl.

Super delicious Banh Mi, which are in no way inferior to those in Vietnam. Nice service and fair prices.

Where to start... Only one waitress, even though the place is not big, she could not handle it. They did not have two cocktails on the menu. The basil smash had nothing to do with basil and the punk Gini was basically sugar sirop. The beef stew was ok, but the chicken bowl was just a bunch of raw carrots and cucumber and a lot of rice. To top it all off, you cannot pay with card in this "trendy" place. Walking 10 minutes in the freezing cold, the waitress is laughing in my face when I return.

Great baguette sandwiches, but I usually go for the tofu red curry. Awesome!

Manageable menu with a good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. As a "Greetings from the kitchen" there are great spiced nuts. The Banhist lush occupied and neat enough. Great cucumber limo! Very friendly and attentive service (pink hair). Comfortable to sit outside. Gladly again!

Great and cozy place. A very small venue. Book ahead and make sure to have a booked table. The food is fantastic! Prices vary from cheap to moderate. They got a very large choice of drinks. Longdrinks and cocktails, too. Food varies from Ramen, spring rolls to Rice bowls and noodles. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is nice and the place is trendy. We spent a dinner plus a couple of drinks with friends here. Friendly and accommodating staff.
